Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking a Clinic Manager to coordinate day-to-day clinic operations, lead staff, and drive performance across urology services. You will support strategic plans, budgeting, and quality initiatives while ensuring patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role requires prior management experience in healthcare, strong leadership, and proficiency with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Two years of management/supervisory experience.
• Two years of medical office or healthcare experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Current and valid U.S. driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day staffing and business needs of the clinic(s).
• Support development and execution of strategic plans including recruitment, marketing, outreach, research, and finances.
• Oversee clinic operations to ensure patient satisfaction, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead staff development, retention, and performance management; monitor budgets and productivity.
