Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is hiring a Clinic Manager for Pediatrics in Kingman, AZ. The role oversees day-to-day staffing, clinic operations, and strategic initiatives to improve patient experience and outcomes.

Responsibilities include leadership in staff hiring, development, and performance, budgeting and productivity monitoring, and collaboration with service lines to optimize care delivery. Willingness to travel within local area offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business and/or Healthcare or 2 years equivalent experience.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Two years of management/supervisory experience and two years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day staffing and clinic operations.
• Support development and execution of strategic plans including recruitment, outreach, research, and finances.
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure patient satisfaction, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead staff development, hiring, retention, and performance management.
