The role leads staffing, development, budgeting, and performance management while implementing strategic plans across clinics.

The ideal candidate has two years of supervisory healthcare leadership and a strong background in EMR systems, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and revenue

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or healthcare field or 2 years equivalent experience.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Two years of management/supervisory experience and two years of medical office or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day staffing and clinic operations.
• Support development and execution of strategic business plans including recruitment, marketing, outreach, research, and financial initiatives.
• Oversee patient satisfaction, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead staff hiring, development, retention, and performance management.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and productivity metrics; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with clinic leaders to optimize care integration and patient experience.
