Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business and/or Healthcare field or 2 years equivalent, relevant work experience and training.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day staffing and business needs of the clinic(s).
• Support development and execution of strategic plans including recruitment, marketing, outreach, research, and financial initiatives.
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure patient satisfaction, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Foster physician satisfaction, employee engagement, and service excellence through continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and quality standards; lead staff hiring, development and retention.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and productivity metrics; recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with clinic leaders to optimize care integration and patient experience.
