Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a capable clinical support professional to manage patient communications, triage calls, and coordinate scheduling for both clinic and surgical cases.

You will work closely with physicians and mid-level staff to ensure timely patient care and accurate record-keeping. Qualifications

• Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN Certification preferred.
• One–two years previous clinical experience recommended.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient calls and clinical questions with clinical judgment.
• Manage patient portal communications.
• Coordinate clinic and surgery scheduling.
• Assist with pre-certification of imaging and medications.
• Coordinate FMLA and referrals with providers.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality at all times.
