United Urology Group is seeking a Clinical Patient Support Representative who combines Medical Assistant and Front Desk responsibilities to support our clinical offices. You will work with clinical staff and administrative personnel to ensure efficient operations and positive patient experiences.

The role involves assisting providers, preparing exam rooms, taking histories and vitals, administering medications, performing basic tests, verifying insurance, scheduling, and data entry in the EMR.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of five (5) years front office and clinical experience, preferably in Urology.
• Proficient knowledge of Medical Terminology; ICD-10 and CPT-4 Codes.

Aufgaben

• Assist clinicians with patient examinations and procedures.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness.
• Record patient history and vital signs.
• Administer medications/injections as directed.
• Manage scheduling, insurance verification, and payments.
• Enter patient data into Practice Management and EMR.
