Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and influence peers.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth in key markets.
• Train physicians to autonomy and Total Practice.
• Pivot to Total Practice including SP for procedures.
• Establish regional observation sites and Epicenters.
• Build a robust data set showing clinical and economic value.
• Partner with sales leadership for market development.
• Serve as market intelligence liaison for marketing and training.
• Develop training pipeline by vetting candidates in geography.
