Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative to drive accelerated growth in Urology and Gynecology across key markets. You will partner with local sales leadership to identify strategic accounts and train surgeons toward autonomy within the ISI ecosystem.

The role requires building credibility with clinicians, coordinating with digital and marketing teams, and developing a robust training pipeline. Travel up to 25% and some non-standard hours may be needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends.
• Experience in Urology or Gynecology preferred.

Mansioni

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth in designated markets.
• Train net-new gynecologists and urologists to Total Practice.
• Pivot gynecologists/urologists to Total Practice to include SP for Urologic Procedures.
• Build a robust QTI data set showing clinical and economic value of da Vinci.
• Partner with sales leadership to conduct strategic market development activities.
• Serve as market intelligence liaison for Uro/Gyn marketing and training teams.
• Collaborate with Intuitive Academic Marketing and Sales to enhance resident/fellow education.
• Develop training pipeline by vetting surgeon candidates for training feasibility.
