Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative to accelerate growth in Urology and Gynecology across key strategic markets. The role partners with local sales leadership to identify opportunities, select strategic accounts, and drive growth by training surgeons to operate autonomously within the ISI ecosystem.

The position requires at least 5 years of sales experience (2+ years in healthcare), the ability to travel up to 25%, and willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and to work nights/weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in Urology and Gynecology in Key Strategic markets.
• Partner with local sales leadership to assess opportunities and select strategic accounts.
• Train surgeons to autonomy and leverage ISI ecosystem resources (Digital, Genesis, MACA).
• Establish regional case observation sites and Epicenters.
• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to enhance impact in education of residents and fellows.
