Qualifications

• Urology or Gynecology experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and adapt to change.
• Proven ability to influence peers and communicate across a broad organization.
• Excellent clinical selling skills and ability to build credibility.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth in key markets.
• Train new Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice.
• Pivot Gynecologists/Urologists to Total Practice including SP for procedures.
• Establish regional case observation sites and epicenters.
• Build a robust data set showing clinical and economic value of the da Vinci system.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on strategic market development.
• Serve as market intelligence liaison for marketing and training teams.
• Develop future training pipelines by vetting surgeon candidates.
