Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative to drive accelerated growth in Urology and Gynecology across key markets. You will partner with local sales leadership to target strategic accounts and train surgeons to autonomy, leveraging the ISI ecosystem of resources.

The role requires 5+ years in sales (2+ healthcare), travel up to 25%, and a Bachelor’s degree. Uro/Gyn experience is preferred, with a focus on credible clinical selling and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
• Urology or Gynecology experience preferred.
• Proven ability to influence peers and manage change.
• Excellent clinical selling skills and credibility with surgeons.
• Strong communication across a broad organization.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth.
• Train net-new gynecologists and urologists to total practice.
• Pivot clinicians to total practice including SP for urologic procedures.
• Establish regional case observation sites and epicenters.
• Build a robust data set showing clinical and economic value of da Vinci.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on market development activities.
• Serve as market intelligence liaison for Uro/Gyn marketing and training teams.
• Support education initiatives with resident and fellow programs in Gyn/Uro.
• Vet candidates to build a future training pipeline across target geographies.
