Job summary

Ohana Urgent Care in Ventura, CA seeks an outgoing Client Service Representative to welcome clients and manage bookings with care and empathy. You will handle phone lines, greet patients, and assist with everyday transactions in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, teamwork, and strong organizational skills in a busy front desk environment. Prior veterinary or healthcare front-desk experience is preferred and training on our software will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
• Proficiency in managing a multi-phone line system and assisting in-person clients
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially Cornerstone
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service during routine and emotionally sensitive situations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face of Ohana Urgent Care.
• Manage appointments and daily patient flow.
• Handle multi-line phone system and in-person interactions.
• Process transactions and maintain financial records.
