Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC in California is seeking a recruiter to support urgent hiring of approximately 35 contingent positions across warehouse, production, planning, and quality control. You will be the primary recruiting contact and coordinate with staffing agencies to fill openings quickly within a fast-paced environment.

Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No degree required; 4–7 years of recruiting experience, especially in manufacturing or logistics, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for warehouse, production, planning or quality control roles.
• Good communication, organization and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize urgent openings and manage multiple requisitions.
• Comfortable working independently in a supportive environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Experience recruiting for warehouse, production, planning, or quality control roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and staffing agencies on requirements, candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Screen candidates and help move qualified applicants through the hiring process.
• Track hiring progress and provide regular updates to business leaders.
