Job summary

Jiffy Lube International, Inc. is seeking a motivated recruiter to support hiring for light industrial roles such as warehouse, manufacturing, and production. This position may involve on-site work at a client location and in our corporate office.

The role favors someone with prior recruiting and customer-facing experience who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment. Knowledge of ATS is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is beneficial.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen applicants and match them to job requirements
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Manage candidate pipeline and follow up regularly
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure completion of hiring documents
• Communicate with candidates regarding job details, schedules, and expectations
• Support attendance tracking and day-one check-ins
