Job summary

Arrow Workforce Solutions in Lake Forest, CA seeks an Onsite Lead / Supervisor/Recruiter to guide warehouse operations and staffing efforts. You will supervise daily activities, assist recruiting, and act as the main contact for staff and the client.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in staffing or warehouse supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work a 2:45 pm–1:30 am shift. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of staffing, recruiting, warehouse supervision, or team leadership experience.
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support warehouse associates during daily operations.
• Ensure the client has the staffing needed to meet production goals.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Track employee attendance, productivity, and performance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees and the client.
• Address employee concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Promote a safe work environment by following company and client policies.
• Help improve employee engagement and retention.
• Bilingual is an asset.
