Qualifications

• Two years of experience in healthcare, veterinary profession, or service-type industry.
• Associate degree or veterinary technician certification/licensure required.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work on-site due to hospital operations.
• Experience in hospital labor management and coordinating staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support patient care during each shift.
• Coordinate paraprofessional staff across all shifts.
• Ensure effective communication with clients, hospital leadership and staff.
• Help maximize productivity and profitability while maintaining quality care.
• Train and mentor new paraprofessional staff and manage equipment issues.
