You will supervise paraprofessional staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth operations across shifts while maintaining high-quality client service.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in healthcare or veterinary settings, plus some management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in healthcare, veterinary or service industries.
• Medical terminology training.
• Associate degree or Vet tech cert preferred.
• Six months management experience preferred.
• Animal handling and patient restraint experience.
• Clinical skills including phlebotomy, catheter placement, laboratory analysis and drug calculation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise paraprofessional staff across shifts to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate staff schedules and manage hospital labor to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Communicate effectively with clients, hospital leadership, and support center teams.
• Assign cases to veterinary assistants and resolve bottlenecks in operations.
• Train and mentor new staff and address equipment issues.
• Assist with inventory management and other duties as assigned.
