Job summary

Mercy Health Fairfield is seeking a Site Supervisor to help manage staffing, training, supplies and workflow at an urgent care clinic. You will oversee daily operations, staff schedules, and front desk activities, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.

Ideal candidates have healthcare supervisor experience, BLS within 90 days of hire, and EPIC/ECM familiarity. Role may involve travel to other urgent care facilities and occasional schedule adjustments to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist: High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS Basic Life Support required within 90 days of hire.
• Electronic Health Record experience (EPIC, Docutap or Experity) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors clinic activity and patient flow to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Promotes positive culture and teamwork.
• Maintains safe and orderly environment and ensures staff training.
• Addresses customer feedback and monitors patient satisfaction metrics.
• Participates in interviews for front desk and clinical staff.
• Manages staff schedules and staffing levels across clinic functions.
• Travel to other urgent care facilities or adjust hours as needed.
