Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Site Supervisor for an urgent care clinic in Greer, SC. You will oversee staffing, training, supplies, workflow, billing processes, and customer service to ensure a safe, positive work environment and high-quality patient care.

You will travel to other urgent care facilities as needed and may adjust hours to meet patient care demands under supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS Basic Life Support required within 90 days of hire.
• Maintain current licensure/certification if applicable (MA, ED Tech, ED Tech Advanced) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinic activity and patient flow for efficient care.
• Promote positive culture and teamwork.
• Ensure excellence in patient-care interactions and with internal teams.
• Identify issues and communicate/escalate promptly to leadership.
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-equipped work areas and exam rooms.
• Schedule staff and ensure optimal staffing across clinic functions.
• Assist in staff training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
