Job summary

Summit Health is seeking an Office Supervisor for an urgent care location. You will oversee daily administrative, financial, and operational aspects and support a patient-centric experience from arrival to departure.

You will lead a team, coordinate with the Practice Manager, manage schedules for non-providers, and ensure supplies and HIPAA-compliant patient care. This on-site role requires strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in management preferred (will consider relevant management experience in lieu of degree).
• Minimum 1 year of supervising or managing experience a must OR a degree in management.
• Ability to successfully multitask.
• Good computer skills (knowledge of a PC, Microsoft Office programs)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Comfortable with delivering constructive feedback and counseling management.
• Bilingual language skills required or preferred based on-site location.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Site Management: manage site performance, registrations, follow-ups after discharge.
• Assist Practice Manager in scheduling non-providers.
• Order medical supplies, vaccines, and office supplies.
• Open/close site as required; assist admin/ops responsibilities.
