Job summary

VillageMD is seeking an Office Supervisor to support administrative, financial, and operational functions of an urgent care site. You will manage the team, ensure a patient-centric flow from welcome to departure, and uphold a hospitable environment.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and excellent communication. On-site work with possible shifts, and an emphasis on HIPAA compliant patient care and efficient site operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervising or managing experience.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Site Management: oversee site performance, registration flow, and post-discharge follow-up.
• People Management: coach and develop staff; manage interviews, promotions, and relations.
• Business and Patient Management: protect patient confidentiality and ensure courteous discharge interactions.
