• Communication: liaison for payroll and management; timely responses.
• Site operations: oversee workflow, improve care and patient experience.
• Scheduling: create monthly schedules and cover shifts as needed.
• Training: onboard staff and ensure understanding of workflows.
• Disciplinary action: address issues per policy and guidance from supervision.
