Job summary

Immediate Care Walk-In Management LLC is seeking a Practice Operations Manager for a brand-new Urgent Care in Old Bridge, NJ. The role oversees daily operations, staff coordination, and patient flow while coordinating with the Practice Administrator and corporate office to drive site growth.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of Medical Office Management in urgent or primary care, a relevant degree, and strong leadership. Mon-Fri 8am-4pm with on-call responsibilities, on-site in Old Bridge.

Qualifications

• Medical Office Management experience in urgent care or primary care.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• CMPE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and end-of-day close.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and records maintained.
• Coordinate with billing company to ensure timely billing per guidelines.
• Create and maintain staff schedules for adequate coverage.
• Manage staff training and orientation for new hires.
• Monitor SOPs and seek improvements for efficiency.
• Liaise with patients to address needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory and manage supplies within budget.
