VillageMD is seeking a Scribe Tech to accurately document patient visits in the EMR and assist physicians with basic patient care. You will help direct patient flow, manage inventory, and follow up on labs to ensure DOH compliance while delivering compassionate customer service.

This role is a strong entry point for CNA/MA/EMT/Paramedic careers, with on-the-job training and full-time weekend availability, plus opportunities to gain exposure to urgent care procedures and a supportive team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; MA program completion preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program; phlebotomy cert a plus.
• Bilingual abilities and strong bedside manner are valued.

Responsabilités

• Capture accurate, detailed documentation of patient visits into the EMR.
• Assist physician with basic patient care and procedures.
• Direct patient flow, manage inventory, and follow up on labs.
• Ensure DOH compliance of site labs and exam rooms.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient service.
