Qualifications

• Proven experience in a medical office setting as a Medical Receptionist or administrative role.
• High School diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of insurance concepts (copay, coinsurance, deductible).
• Proficient with computer systems and EMR; Athena and Solv are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high patient volumes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/check-out patients.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to departments.
• Register patients, verify insurance, and collect payments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
