NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our fast-paced clinic team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in, data entry, scheduling, and insurance forms while delivering friendly service.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain personal and insurance data from the patient and input information into EMR system.
• Monitors the flow of patients, including placing patients into rooms as needed.
• Completes all necessary insurance forms for registration to ensure proper reimbursement from payors.
• Prepares daily deposit, reconciliation, and daily statistical information.
• Answers telephone utilizing quality customer service skills.
• Educates patients on services offered by NextCare for their current or next visit.
