Qualifications

• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in urgent care and occupational medicine preferred.
• 1 year of healthcare marketing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical and administrative teams for excellence in patient care.
• Develop and manage monthly work schedules for staff.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and coaching for staff.
