Piedmont Urgent Care by Wellstreet is seeking a friendly Patient Service Representative (Medical Receptionist) at our Braselton location to welcome patients and manage front-office operations in a fast-paced medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with a positive attitude.

• Verify insurance benefits and explain billing/policies to patients.
• Collect and communicate patient financial responsibilities clearly.
• Assist office staff and managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory guidelines.
