Piedmont Urgent Care in Brookhaven, GA is seeking a Patient Services Representative (Medical Receptionist) to be the first friendly face patients see. You will manage front-office operations, check in patients, collect information, verify insurance, and support smooth clinic flow in a busy, patient-focused setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of medical office experience, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certificate is a plus.
• 1+ year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EPIC or similar software strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly attitude and manage front-desk flow.
• Verify insurance and assist with patient documentation.
• Communicate payment responsibilities and billing policies clearly.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth daily workflows.
• Travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as needed.
