Piedmont Urgent Care - Deliver Exceptional Patient Care with Purpose in Brookhaven, GA seeks a Patient Services Representative to be the friendly first contact, handle front-office tasks, and support efficient clinic operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Medical Administrative Assistant cert a plus), 1+ year in a medical office, strong communication, multitasking, and EPIC EMR experience. Full-time, 12-hour shifts (8 AM–8 PM) with occasional travel to other Piedmont locations.

Formación

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• EMR experience, EPIC preferred.
• 1+ year experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Warm Welcome: Greet and assist patients and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Patient and Business Documentation: Maintain confidentiality while collecting and organizing documents.
• Insurance Verification: Verify eligibility and provide payment policies and billing information.
• Financial Responsibility: Collect and communicate patient financial responsibilities.
• Collaborative Support: Assist practice manager, providers, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Compliance: Follow HIPAA and OSHA standards and ensure proper documentation.
• Travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as required.
