You will greet patients, assist with registration and insurance verification, collect payments, and help maintain accurate billing records while delivering friendly, compassionate service in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in customer service and medical front office.
• BLS certification preferred or required.
• Level II background screening and AHCA clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and answer calls, assess needs and provide resolutions.
• Guide registration, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Inform patients about wait times using the queuing process for an efficient visit.
• Assist with patient feedback collection and record charges/payments for daily deposits.
