Job summary

CareSpot Urgent Care seeks a Patient Services Advocate to deliver exceptional patient experiences from check-in to check-out at our Florida clinics.

You will greet patients, assist with registration, verify insurance, collect payments, and help communicate waiting times to families for a smooth visit. Prior medical front office or customer service experience is preferred. BLS and AHCA clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Two years in a medical front office or customer service setting preferred.
• Bonus points for medical/insurance billing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and answer calls, gathering info to resolve needs.
• Guide patients through registration, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Inform patients about wait times and ensure efficient visit flow.
