CareSpot is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to enhance the patient experience at our urgent care clinics. You will greet patients, answer calls, assist with registration, verify insurance, and collect payments to keep operations smooth and welcoming.

This role emphasizes friendly, calm communication in busy environments, requires a high school diploma and preferably two years in medical front office or customer service, with BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and answer calls, gathering information to determine needs.
• Guide patients through registration, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Inform patients about wait times and ensure efficient visits.
• Assist with patient feedback collection.
• Record charges and payments to support daily deposits and reconciliation.
