CareSpot Urgent Care is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to enhance the patient experience from check-in to check-out at our Jacksonville locations. You will provide exemplary customer service, verify insurance, and support efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in a medical front office or customer service setting preferred.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and supportive in busy or stressful situations.
• Bonus points for medical/insurance billing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and answer calls, gathering info to determine needs and provide resolutions.
• Assist with registration, verify insurance, and collect payments.
• Inform patients about wait times and manage the queue for an efficient visit.
• Help collect patient feedback and ensure smooth check-out and billing processes.
• Record charges accurately and prepare daily deposits and reconciliation logs.
