Job summary

NextCare is seeking a full-time clinician to join our urgent care team in Chandler, Gilbert and Tempe. The role offers 12-hour shifts with a mix of day and evening hours, plus potential shorter shifts seasonally.

Expect a competitive $60-$80 hourly rate plus a monthly productivity bonus and full benefits. You will practice in a fast-paced, supportive environment with experienced clinical teams, clear guidelines and opportunities for mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license for NP or PA.
• Board certification or eligibility (NCCPA for PA; ANCC/AANP for NP including FNP).
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays; strong patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients of all ages in urgent care.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging; document findings in the EHR.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound care.

Skills

Active BLS certification

EHR proficiency

Willingness to work weekends/holidays

DEA license

DOT certification willingness

Education

Arizona NP/PA license (unrestricted)

Board certification or eligibility (NCCPA/ANCC/AANP)
