Job summary

NextCare in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Full‑Time clinician to join our urgent care team. This role offers three 12‑hour shifts weekly and clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week, with rotating weekends and occasional holidays.

You'll work in a fast‑paced, well‑supported environment, with experienced clinical teams, real‑time mentorship, and schedules designed so you have more days off than you work.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP or PA.
• Board certification or eligibility (NCCPA for PA; ANCC/AANP for NP).
• Experience with EHR systems and urgent care workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an urgent care setting.
• Manage acute illnesses and injuries; order and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Perform urgent care procedures and communicate discharge instructions clearly.
• Document care accurately in the EHR and participate in appropriate coding/billing.
