Job summary

NextCare in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Full-Time clinician for night shifts (noon–midnight) in a fast-paced urgent care setting. Compensation is $60–$80/hour based on experience, plus a monthly bonus and a $15 night differential from 4pm–midnight.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP or PA
• Board certification or eligibility, as applicable (NCCPA for PA; ANCC or AANP for NP if FNP)
• Active DEA license
• Ability to treat patients of all ages
• Active BLS certification
• EHR proficiency
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain (fees covered)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an urgent care setting
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management
• Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR
• Code and bill services appropriately
• Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks
• Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values
