Job summary

NextCare is seeking a Full-Time Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner for night shifts (4:00 PM to Midnight) in Chandler, AZ. The role offers a fast-paced urgent care environment with diverse patient populations and strong mentorship. Compensation includes $60–$80/hour plus monthly bonus and a $15 night differential from 4 PM to Midnight.

Location at 600 S Dobson Rd, Chandler, AZ 85224. Schedule includes weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP or PA.
• Board certification or eligibility (PA: NCCPA; NP: ANCC or AANP).
• Active DEA license.
• Active BLS certification.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable).
• Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR.
• Code and bill services appropriately.
• Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks.
• Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values.
