Job summary

NextCare is seeking a clinician to join our urgent care team in [City, State]. This role offers three 12-hour shifts per week with clinic hours 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, seven days a week, plus a bonus structure for experience.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted state license for the applicable provider type.
Board certification or eligibility as applicable.
Active DEA license.
Ability to treat patients of all ages.
BLS certification.
DOT certification or willingness to obtain (fees covered).

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting.
Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging.
Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management (as applicable).
Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the EHR.
Code and bill services appropriately.
Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks.
Practice in alignment with NextCare clinical standards and values.
