Job summary

NextCare is seeking a Full-Time clinician to join our Chandler, AZ urgent care team. The role offers 4:00 PM to Midnight shifts, 4–5 days per week, with weekend/holiday rotations. Compensation ranges from $60 to $80 per hour plus a monthly bonus and a $15 night differential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP/PA.
• Board certification or eligibility (PA: NCCPA; NP: ANCC or AANP).
• Active DEA license.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• Active BLS certification.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in urgent care.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies including labs and imaging.
• Perform urgent care procedures (suturing, wound care).
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Document care in the EHR.
• Code and bill services.
• Maintain productivity aligned with urgent care benchmarks.
