Responsibilities

• Communication: serve as point of contact for payroll and upper management; timely responses.
• Site operations: maintain workflow, adjust for efficiency, and reach out to local organizations to promote services.
• Scheduling: create monthly staff rosters and ensure coverage.
• Training: onboard new hires and explain workflows and credentials.
• Disciplinary action: apply policy-aligned corrective actions with supervision guidance.
