Job summary

Cape Cod Healthcare Inc. seeks an Urgent Care Nurse Manager to lead the MAC‑UrgiAdmin-General team in Hyannis, MA. You will supervise staff, coordinate urgent care operations, and ensure high‑quality patient care, documentation, and billing processes.

Minimum requirements include a BSN and MA RN licensure with 3–4 years in emergency/urgent care settings and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong computer skills and BLS certification are essential.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Current RN licensure in MA required.
• Minimum 3–4 years of clinical emergency/urgent care experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with computer applications; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care in the Urgent Care setting and supervise Urgent Care Center staff.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, staffing, performance improvement and workflow.
• Triage, evaluate patients and document vital signs; ensure safe, quality nursing care.
• Maintain medical records and coordinate billing operations.
• Prepare management reports and participate in special projects as needed.
