NextCare Urgent Care in Arizona is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our rapid, team-oriented environment. You will assist providers with exams, take vitals, administer medications, and manage both back-office and front-office tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Arizona residency or licensing requirement? (must be in Arizona)
• Must complete an approved MA training program.
• If training program is non-accredited, national certification is required (CMA/AMT/RMA/CCMA).

Responsibilities

• Assist provider with exams and patient vitals.
• Administer medications per policy and ensures safety.
• Perform blood draws and urine collection for testing.
• May perform splinting and casting.
• Conduct sports physicals and other urgent care procedures.
• Proficient in EMR/EHR and document accurately.
• May support front office reception as needed.
