Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience performing clerical tasks in a medical office setting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Medical Assistant Certificate or equivalent experience; willingness to obtain AR Limited X-Ray License preferred.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and manage registration processes.
• Answer patient inquiries and direct through registration and referrals.
• Handle multi-line phones, filing, scanning, and patient callbacks.
• Check in/out patients, assist clinical staff, and close the office after shifts.
• Verify demographics, process payments, post balances, and manage phone sheets.
• Communicate wait times and guide to next steps in treatment.
• Document vital signs, history, medications, allergies, and transfers as needed.
• Assist with procedures under provider supervision and maintain clean patient areas.
