Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Accredited medical assistant program or business office course preferred.
• Advanced computer, phone, email, and business office equipment knowledge required.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred.
