NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a friendly Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our fast-paced clinic. You will greet patients, collect data, schedule appointments, and coordinate with back-office teams to keep patient flow smooth.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and two years of front-office or registration experience in a medical setting. Strong customer service and multitasking skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years' experience in medical front desk/registration.
• Typing and computer proficiency in Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check in/out, ensuring accurate data entry into the EMR.
• Manage patient flow, assist with room assignments, and monitor wait times.
• Complete registration forms for insurance and payment processing.
• Handle daily deposits, reconciliation, and maintain statistics.
• Keep front office stocked and equipment functioning; answer phones.
• Educate patients on NextCare services and schedule appointments.
