Banner Health is seeking a Front Office Representative for the Urgent Care zone in Phoenix. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients, scheduling, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and gathering demographic information. The role requires multitasking across several computer systems and strong data entry skills.

The position supports multiple clinics in Zone 8 and requires availability for varied shifts, including weekends, with 12-hour shifts three days per week.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task between heavy phone volume, multiple computer systems and interruptions.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Preferred: six months experience in a medical office or hospital setting; familiarity with medical terminology; experience with EMR and insurance; bilingual in Spanish.
