Job summary

Banner Urgent Care in Phoenix is seeking a Front Office Representative to be the first contact for patients and visitors, guiding them from check-in to check-out. You will coordinate appointments, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and gather patient information while supporting the clinical team.

You will work across Banner Urgent Care clinics in Zone 3, handle calls, process paperwork, and help ensure a smooth patient experience throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Must multi-task between high phone volume and multiple computer systems.
• Must type a minimum of 30 wpm and perform data entry.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate staff.
• Confirm patient demographics and insurance information; perform insurance verification.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments and various tests.
• Print schedules, superbills and forms; prepare patient charts and notes.
• Support Physicians with administrative tasks as needed; assist with patient flow.
