American Family Care (AFC) is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to be the face of our Mount Juliet urgent care clinic. This PRN role focuses on insurance verification, patient financial counseling, and smooth front desk operations to support timely care delivery.

You’ll verify coverage before services, explain costs to patients, and help resolve billing issues while maintaining HIPAA compliance and delivering compassionate service to every patient.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred; related certification is a plus.
• Active BLS certification required or must be obtained within onboarding period.
• Experience with insurance verification and medical billing is essential.
