Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Leader in planning, directing and operations of their areas.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision in patient services, financial management and facilities.
• Maintain optimal communication between practice staff, physicians and administration.
• Ensure service delivery meets customers' needs and expectations.
• Report to Executive Director, Retail Health Services; oversee 6–7 direct reports.
